One of the most popular type of business templates out there today is real estate. This niche is very prominent but also lacks from quality templates that are most usually just another WordPress them bundled with a real estate logo. I browsed the web to see which real estate sites stand out and tried to include their best features, simplify them and upgrade to meet usability standards.

I really hope developers who design websites for real estate firms and agents will find this theme usable and as flexible as possible. I will try to mimic code complexity so you will be able to moderate theme files with ease and rather concentrate on content, which really matters. On the other side, theme options panel will allow every rookie WordPress user to set it up in no time.

Front page concept screenshot bellow will of course evolve through development process, however the idea will stay the same. As this is only concept, some design elements were picked from other sites, however they will change through development process so no worries on stealing other peoples proprietary work.
