General Questions
Can I use themes on WordPress.com websites?
No, if you have a WordPress.com hosted website, our themes will not work on it so we would strongly advice you not to purchase any of our theme packages.
Can I use themes on WordPress Multi User (WPMU)?
Yes, our themes work on WPMU as well as self-hosted wordpress blogs.
Can I change the language of the theme?
Yes, all themes are translatable into any laguage of your choice. Translation options are avaliable under theme options panel in WordPress backend.
Can I remove the credit link/logo in footer?
Yes, footer credit links may be removed or replaced with your own. However, you must always include BizzThemes credit text in any part of modified theme code.
Are themes compatible with my plugins?
Yes, plugins should work with our themes, however we cannot and will not guarantee they will.
Do themes work with WordPress 2.9+?
All themes work on WordPress 2.9+.

How does the payment process work?
Firstly, you need to select an individual theme or a club subscription. After that you are taken to the checkout page where you fill in your contact details and desired username and password. After you are done, you will be redirected to secure PayPal page, where you may complete your payment. After you have completed the payment process on PayPal, you may log in through bizzthemes.com login page and download your themes under ‘My Account’ page.
I can’t find my purchased themes?
If you cannot find your purchased themes under ‘My Account’ page after your login, it probably means your payment is pending. It can take up to 48 hours for PayPal payment statuses to change to deposit. Also keep in mind that our payment processing system does not refresh automatically so it might take some time to change your payment status from ‘pending’ to ‘accepted’.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept all payment options through PayPal so you may pay with your PayPal account, credit card or any other payment method your PayPal account accepts.
After-Sale Questions
Does my single theme package ever expire?
No, you will always have access to your purchased individual theme packages.
How do I cancel my club subscription?
You may cancel your subscription through your PayPal account. You will be billed for active month but you will not be billed again.
What happens after subscription is canceled?
After you cancel your club subscription you will be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. Your themes will not be available anymore, updates and installation guide included. You will also lose permission to access our support forums. If you want to resign for our Club subscription you’ll need to pay one time signup fee again.
