Please note that we don't provide support via other channels (e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, real-time chat, etc.). Support requests received via these channels will be redirected to the Support Area (that's right here!).

3. Scope of Support
What is covered
We only provide support to users of standard, developer theme editions and club members. Starter (free) theme editions are not supported.
We cover all support queries that fall into these 3 categories:
Bug fixes: It is our commitment to fix all the theme bugs and errors as quickly as possible. In case a bug causes your site to malfunction or stop working, we will provide you with immediate help - either by providing you detailed instructions to fix the issue yourself or by fixing the issue directly on your site. In the latter case we will contact you via e-mail (sent from support@bizzthemes.com) with request to send us the login credentials either to your WordPress administration or to your site root (FTP username/password). We do this because it is usually the easiest and fastest way to solve a problem. You can always deny our request – in this case we will guide you to do the necessary modifications yourself.
General help with installing, configuring and using the theme: This covers all the questions related to theme installation, configuration and usage. Please note that we don't provide general WordPress help (check out the »What's not covered« section below!)
Custom modifications: If you are requesting a small modification of a theme (a simple code or design tweak) that requires up to 10 lines of code (example: custom CSS style, custom filter/hook function) we will be glad to assist you and provide you the neccessary code. However, if your request requires a larger modification or if you require a lot of custom help, we will only provide you with general guidance. In case you're not familiar with web development and design we highly recommend you to find a skilled developer/designer to help you out. We reserve a right to refuse a customization request if we feel that it exceeds a simple code or design tweak.
The processing order of support queries depends on the support query category. In case we have multiple support queries to process, then bug fixes have priority over general help and general help has priority over custom modifications.
We kindly ask you to use search function before posting a new question – your problem might already be solved in the forum, or you may find an answer in the theme documentation, tutorials or FAQs. The search function (that big input box under the header) can be a very powerful friend of yours, so use it as much as possible. ;)

General WordPress help and support: For help with your WordPress installation, configuration and usage you have to find your answer on the official WordPress support forums.
Troubleshooting your site in case of a plugin conflict: We strongly encourage using as few plugins as possible. Plugins can make conflicts between each other and/or the theme, not to mention that they tend to make your site sluggish. In this case, we will only provide you with general guidance: »Disable the plugins one by one until you find the problematic one. Use as few plugins as possible.«
